
When I posted a photo of this drink that my sister Danielle made in my Instagram stories, I had several people reach out and ask for the recipe! I’m happy to share it here. Danielle is a bartender at two popular haunts here in Kelowna, and she invents the BEST drinks!
Ingredients:
• serves 4
2 cans peach juice (the frozen kind)
1 bottle white wine
1 bag frozen tropical fruit medley
Club soda
Mint
Ice
Mix 1 of the cans of peach juice (no water necessary), and the bottle of wine, together in a pitcher. Scoop slush from the second can of frozen peach juice into the bottom of each glass, and top with frozen fruit and ice cubes. Pour sangria 2/3 of the way up each glass, and top with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves.
