BLACKBERRY TRISCUIT BITES

Welcome back to the blog! Or, if this is your first time here, welcome to the blog! I’m happy you’re here!

I recently asked you on Instagram if you were interested in more than just home decor, crafts, and meal ideas, and if you wanted to see some snack recipes. And the answer was a resounding YES! But really, what did I expect? Who doesn’t love to snack?

Enter, my first lazy girl snack recipe: Good old crackers and cheese, with a little twist. Crackers and cheese are the backbone of snacking, dating back to – I’m just kiiiidding, on with the recipe!

Blackberries are still in season, and I’ve been mowing down on them all summer. This snack is best served while standing at the kitchen counter watching Netflix on your phone (trust me), but you could also whip it up easily on your next girl’s night in. Maybe you better buy two boxes of Triscuits…

EASY PEASY INGREDIENTS:

Blackberries

Cream cheese (I use Arla lactose-free)

Smoked Gouda Triscuits

Fresh Rosemary

METHOD:

Put it all on the cracker.

Eat, with gusto.

Bon appétit!

Before you go, let’s talk future blog plans for a minute here, and what my goal for this blog is.

I want this to be a place that you can always find the easiest seasonal crafts, recipes, and more – that are actually affordable, and that you can do in an afternoon, often using things you already have (or can find easily with shopping info I provide). Add to that, I am a Canadian girl based in B.C., and I strive to give you local options, or online shopping based in Canada, always.

Thanks for reading, and I’ll see you next week. I’m sharing a fall craft idea that you won’t want to miss!

xo,

Jamie
