We chose our favourite ‘wedding-worthy’ wine, the ‘I Do’ Sparkling Rosé from Intrigue Wines, located in the heart of the Okanagan’s own Lake Country, B.C. This special wine is a local favourite for weddings, anniversaries, and proposals, thanks to it’s on-point packaging featuring a heart-encircled, ‘I Do’ logo. It comes in two sizes, a convenient single serving bottle (ideal for handing out to the ladies the morning of, as well!), and a full-sized bottle for sharing. This frizzante style wine holds notes of orchard peach and apple, with a crisp acidity to the palate, and a merlot-like body.
