CREAM PUFF DESSERT KABOBS

Also known as profiteroles, who doesn’t love a decadent and fluffy cream puff? No one, that’s who! Get ready to blow your guests minds when you carry out these cream puff skewers, because trust me when I say they are always a hit at parties. Serve them as I have them pictured here, or top them with a melted chocolate drizzle or icing sugar for extra delicious sweetness. These kabobs are perfect for bridal and baby showers, high tea, girls night, and all of your other special occasions and gatherings.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cream puffs (3 per skewer)
  • Strawberries (2 per skewer)
  • Blackberries (2-3 per skewer)
  • Mint leaves

Optional:

  • icing sugar
  • chocolate drizzle

METHOD

Thaw cream puffs in the fridge 2 hours before serving. Thread ingredients on skewers, alternating with mint leaves, and arrange on a platter. Serve immediately.

Your guests will be singing your praises, I guarantee it! Try switching the fruit up seasonally; think peaches and stone fruit in the summer, and apples and pears with a sprinkle of cinnamon in the winter. This is a versatile and easy dessert for the non-baker (like me!). You’re welcome!
